The first step is to examine your teeth and gums to determine if Invisalign is right for you. We will then use a digital scanner to create a 3D image of your smile and show you the possible outcome.
Step 2
Develop a Custom
Treatment Plan
Once we have examined your teeth and discussed your concerns, we will create an Invisalign treatment plan, including timelines. This plan will include the exact movement of your teeth during each stage of your treatment.
Step 3
Begin Using Your
Invisalign Aligners
We will send your impressions to a lab, where they will create your custom clear aligners. You will wear them daily, removing them to eat, drink, brush and floss. Your teeth will slowly shift as you change between each set of aligners.
Step 4
Switch to Your Next Set
Every Two Weeks
You will change to each new set of aligners every two or so weeks. You will also have brief checkups with your dental team – approximately every six weeks – to review your progress.
Step 5
Maintain Your New Smile
After Invisalign
It's the day you've been waiting for – you are done with Invisalign. During your final appointment, we will discuss the next steps and prescribe retainers to keep your teeth in their new positions.
